I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this stool is for meditation, yoga, or relaxation. Following the height recommendations worked well for my petite frame, and the beautiful wood material is easy to transport in the carrying bag. It will definitely enhance my yoga practice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stool. It’s made of real wood, not particle board. While there are no instructions, it’s fairly easy to assemble by attaching the legs. My only issue is that the legs don’t stay on when I lift the stool off the ground. However, they are sturdy when I’m sitting on it. The stool can be a bit hard on the bum due to being real wood, but I can still meditate comfortably for 20 minutes.
