    I purchased this meditation bench recently and I’m really impressed! It’s the perfect size, the legs fold easily underneath for transport, and the washable cushion is a nice touch. The included knee straps offer great support for maintaining posture, especially if sitting cross-legged is challenging. The travel bag makes it convenient to take the bench with you. Overall, it’s a great size, easy to use, and portable. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Highly recommend!

    This portable stool is great for quick meditations, allowing you to get into a comfortable position easily. It’s especially helpful for those with leg limitations. The zip case and pad included make for a nice setup.

    Although this meditation bench is beautiful and well-made, it did not work for me. The legs are only 5½” tall, which is shorter than the standard seiza stools I have used in the past. When sitting on it, my ankles had to flatten out uncomfortably, and my heels bumped up against the bottom of the stool. I am 5’4″ tall and 140 lbs, and for me, this stool was not ergonomically suitable for longer meditation sessions.

    I stumbled upon this meditation bench by total coincidence while searching on YouTube how to pronounce the word Adhitthana for a video. I’ve tried a few benches before, but this one is my favorite. It’s the perfect size, has a thick cushion, is practical with a handy bag, and is very well-made. I love meditating with it, so definitely 5 out of 5 stars!
