I initially found this wheel amazing. I suffer from back pain and used it to stretch my back, and it worked wonders. My back cracked a lot and felt much better afterwards. Balancing on the wheel was tricky at first, but I got used to it. However, after a year of light use, the wheel warped and now hurts my back instead of helping it. I will have to buy a new one from a different manufacturer.

This yoga wheel is super durable, has a soft wrapping, and is easy to use. It’s a fantastic option for beginners like me. While balancing requires some effort, it is achievable and the wheel rolls smoothly. My only wish is that the pose pages and instructions were in English, as I can only follow the pictures for now.

I bought this for my husband who has been suffering from back pain for years. It was effective in stretching his upper back area and did not slide on the carpet. However, it did not work on his lower back. Our friend borrowed it and found it helpful enough to buy one for herself.

This product does what I needed. The large circumference helps with stretching compared to foam rollers. I’m giving it less than 5 stars because bits of rubber came off, which seems questionable. It doesn’t affect its usage currently, but small tears can become bigger over time. I would have preferred Chirp, but they weren’t available on Amazon when I ordered this a few months ago. However, I believe everyone should own this product.

I purchased a pricey set of 3 chirp wheels but ended up returning it because I only liked this size. I bought this one for a much lower price and can’t tell the difference. It really helps with my back pain and I get a satisfying crack/stretch every time. Using it for just a couple of minutes brings relief.
