This is my first purchase for anything of this sort. It’s amazing, durable, clean, well-made, and very helpful for someone with chronic lower back pain. When I use this, I feel like the tension is released from each vertebra! It’s a little bit too wide to go straight through, but it still goes up with no pain or discomfort.

I adore this yoga wheel! I always go for pink, purple, or teal, so this was perfect for me. The instruction pamphlet included excellent exercises that leave me pleasantly sore and stretch my body well. It cracks my back and feels amazing. I just wish it were a bit wider, but overall, I’m really happy with it.

Despite this, it effectively cracked my upper back and improved my posture. Consider different sizes for better comfort.
