The Trail Glove 5 fits my feet perfectly. I bought my first pair in November 2021. After a few months, I wanted another pair in a different color but could only find the Trail Glove 6 which doesn’t fit as well as the 5. I kept looking and decided to get another pair of the 5.
Mr. P –
Overall, this shoe seems to be quite similar to its predecessor, the Trail Glove 4. I have two complaints to mention:
(1) It’s recommended to go down by half a size. Additionally, the width of the shoe appears to be wider than the Trail Glove 4, which may or may not suit your personal preference. I personally prefer the snugger fit of the Trail Glove 4.
(2) The shoe has a noticeably high arch, which can be a bit alarming when first trying it on. While it becomes less noticeable with use,…

Bike shoes: breathable, rigid sole (vibram), wide toe box (I have wide feet) but not too bulky to fit into toe clips.
J Guenter –
I really like these shoes, but the first pair wore out in less than a year. They are very lightweight, comfortable, and provide enough support for working out. I also wear them when walking 18.

Great fit.
Nicholas Ryan –
“Very pleased with these. Also very satisfied with the price.”
John Pizzurro –
I have been wearing barefoot shoes for the past 15 years and have tried various brands like five fingers and Merrell Trail Gloves. Despite negative reviews on the Trail Glove 5, I found them suitable for my narrow feet with a high arch, although the toe box is a bit large. The material bunches up behind and to the sides of the toe box when fully laced, but it doesn’t impact comfort. The shoes are high quality, comfortable, and stylish. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Top-notch product!
Jacob Williams –
I usually wear between a 10 1/2 and 11 shoe size, but these are 10 1/2 and a bit too big, so they seem to run larger than normal. The extra toe box room is actually not bad. Overall, they are a comfortable shoe with minimal support for minimalist running.

The shoes fit perfectly from the first wear and lasted over 1100 miles of running before showing wear. I had a bad experience with the Trail Glove 6s and switched back to my 5s while waiting for a new pair. The new 5s fit just as well as the old ones.

The shoe fits great and is very comfortable.
Crafty Barnardo –
These shoes are fantastic – they are lightweight and have a roomy toe box.

I adore the fit of these shoes. I wore them without socks on the first day of my Florida trip and experienced no pain, blisters, or rubbing. After thousands of steps, I highly recommend them.
