This stool is ideal for those who prefer their feet close together while sitting, unlike wider leg stools. It is very solid, sturdy, and has a great height. The only issue is that it can be slippery on certain floors or surfaces. Adding silicon dots resolved this for me. One thing to be aware of is that, like other stools, it may be slippery with certain pants due to its smooth finish.

The quality is good. I wish it was slightly higher for better comfort with thick, muscular calves. Getting used to the stretch may be needed if you have a similar build. Overall, it’s a good purchase!

I began meditating a few months back using whatever I had at home as support. When I discovered this bench, I thought it would be perfect for my practice. The assembly was straightforward, but the legs don’t sit flat on the floor due to their slight angle. As an overweight person, I found sitting with my legs tucked under caused discomfort. However, sitting cross-legged was more comfortable for short meditations. The bench is well-made and portable, but I feel the $50 price is a bit high….
