This product has made meditation much more comfortable for me. I used to avoid it due to lack of flexibility, but this product has fixed that issue nicely. As I improve, I am curious if there are shorter legs available for this model.

Having practiced meditation for many years on a traditional zafu cushion, I now find my hips and knees stiff with age. I’ve never felt comfortable on a bench before, but this one is different. While it’s meant for a kneeling position, I use it sitting with legs crossed and knees resting on small cushions. Thanks to its curved and inclined seat, the bench is just as comfortable as a cushion. After months of use, it remains my go-to support for meditation and likely will be for years to come.
