I adore this towel! It’s a must-have for my yoga practice, providing excellent grip and non-slip control. It fits perfectly on my Manduka mat, feels like a second skin, and enhances every movement by absorbing moisture. I can’t imagine practicing without it!

I loved the extra long yoga mat towel so much that I decided to order this one too. These small hand towels are the best for hot yoga classes. They roll up small to fit in the yoga bag but become much larger when opened. They wash and dry quickly. Excellent product from Manduka!

I purchased the Manduka yoga mat hoping to prevent slipping during my practice. Unfortunately, I still faced some issues. Adding the Manduka towel, however, was a game-changer. It fits the mat perfectly, feels soft and durable, and greatly improves stability in poses. While it may “crinkle” a bit, it doesn’t hinder performance. The towel has made my practice much smoother, especially for those who sweat a lot like me. It seems to work best with the Manduka mat, so keep that in mind.

I recently started practicing yoga and found that I was slipping due to sweating. Although my Manduka pro mat helped, I still slipped a bit, so I decided to try the Equa towel. It’s fantastic! I have to spray it with water to activate the grip, but once I do, I feel secure and balanced. It fits perfectly on my 26-inch wide pro mat with some overhang. I purchased this towel specifically for hot yoga and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. Despite not usually liking microfiber, this material is fantastic. It effectively absorbs all the sweat during Bikram yoga and stays in place on my Manduka Black Pro mat. I’ve also used it for sunbathing at the pool and beach, and it’s perfect for both. These towels are perfect for workouts or summer days out – they are absorbent and offer a good grip when needed. However, I don’t think they are worth $20 including tax, which is why I’ve given them a 4-star rating. I prefer to buy them when they’re on sale for around $12.

This towel is perfect for hot yoga. I lightly spray my Equa with water before class and it stays in place. I prefer it over Yogitoes because I practice daily and find the nubs bothersome. My Equa stays put on my mat and the hand towel is great for wiping sweat during flow classes. It also doubles as a quick-drying travel towel. I have multiple and highly recommend them. Just remember not to use fabric softener when washing!
