I purchased two sets to leave at my boyfriend’s place to avoid constantly moving my gear back and forth. I stick to Gaiam mats and equipment for their consistent quality. The items were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Overall, great quality. The only suggestion would be to include yoga blocks in the set in the future.

After owning this mat for a few months, the blue side has almost completely disintegrated, leaving blue pieces of yoga mat scattered throughout my house. I am a fan of Gaiam and am hoping this is just a one-off issue.

I adore this Hot Yoga Kit. The mat is incredibly cushioned and gentle on my knees. The towel doesn’t budge. I haven’t tried the strap yet as I always forget to bring it, but I’m sure it will be fantastic too!!! I would suggest this to anyone practicing hot yoga.

I have used this mat for both hot and traditional yoga. Being 5’9″ and 175-180lbs, the size and thickness of the mat are perfect for me. The towel is excellent too, it does not slip during hot yoga. I highly recommend it and would buy it again.

The product received does not match the description in the listing. The mat is only 4mm thick, not 6mm, and the towel has no stay put pockets or rubber grips. The towel was sliding and moving on the mat. I ordered this mainly for the stay put towel, so I was very disappointed. I emailed Gaiam on 11/17/19 and am still awaiting a response.
