I purchased this pillow to use as a floor cushion. I have tight hip flexors and spend a lot of time gaming, usually sitting cross-legged on the floor. My chiropractor recommended using something to elevate my butt and align my hips above my knees for better posture. This cushion is amazing! I was able to extend my practice to 20 minutes without any pain or numbness. The only downside was that it felt overfilled at first, but I adjusted it by removing some buckwheat hulls. Now, I can shape it to support my seated position perfectly. Goodbye back pain!
