As a special treat, one morning yoga class will be replaced by an engaging weekly systemic constellation session. This session will have you uncovering the mysteries of relationships, as if you are an undercover detective in a soap opera, but with more yoga and less drama.

And let us not forget the exhilarating breathwork or Inside Dance session taking place in lieu of another morning or evening class. This is not your average dance party, but a chance to express yourself and perhaps even channel your inner dance diva.
