I found that this set lacks the comfort and stretchiness of other aerial yoga sets I’ve used. The middle part creates tension, making it uncomfortable to sit or lie on the swing. While I can perform most aerial yoga moves on it, such as hanging upside down, it doesn’t provide the same level of comfort as other sets I’ve used in a studio. I will be purchasing an actual silk swing.

Don’t expect to have everything you need with this product. The “extension” screws provided are useless, so you’ll have to purchase your own to hang it. Living far from a hardware store can make this frustrating!
