I have a lot of back issues and tried these wheels as soon as I got them. They helped stretch my back and popped it too. The 12″ wheel was great for popping and stretching, while the 10″ wheel was amazing for deep tissue work around my spine and tailbone. They are lightweight and affordable compared to the chirp wheel. Perfect for small spaces and easy to use – even my stiff boyfriend loved them.

The product is quite sturdy. It helped pop my back, which felt great. And the price is much cheaper than the chirp.

These products are fantastic for relieving back pain! As a chef, I endure long hours of standing, bending, and lifting. Coupled with an old mattress, my back was in agony. These tools effectively stretch my muscles and crack my spine. I primarily use the largest one, but occasionally use the next smaller one which results in multiple cracks. I am extremely satisfied with these products for sure!

If you are experienced with using this product, it can be effective. However, as a beginner, I find it difficult to use due to its hard material and my lack of flexibility. I wish it was made of a softer material.
