The product is of low quality and tends to ride up. Despite being labeled as ‘compression shorts’, there is no actual compression. The inner shorts are made of cheap and thin fabric that feels stretched out after just one wear. During a short run, they rode up and caused discomfort.

I typically wear size medium, but the shorts were too tight. I recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes.

I found it difficult to find shorts with a liner that doesn’t ride up while running, but these shorts have a great liner that stays in place. The outer shorts do ride up a bit, which seems typical for this style, but overall, they fit well and are good quality. I just wish they came in more colors.

I adore the quality of these shoes. The black color goes with everything. We wear them for volleyball and cheer practice. They have proven to be very durable! Will definitely purchase more in the future. Love them – they fit true to size and the material feels fantastic.
