Weatherproof –
Likes: The sound quality is good, pure, and long-lasting.
Dislikes: It is very difficult to get it to sing, and even when you manage to do so, the sound is very subtle and barely audible. Additionally, the bowl does not have the wide, flat wrapped-over edge as shown in the pictures. Instead, it has a thin, rough edge with divots in some parts. I would return it, but it was a gift for our yoga instructor who was also disappointed by its lack of singing capabilities.

The bowl is uneven and the mallet appears used. It does not produce sound unless struck. I would like a refund.

I was hesitant about ordering this bowl as I wasn’t sure if it was made of seven metal (bell metal) or not. The seller didn’t respond to my inquiries, but since I enjoyed a larger bowl from them before, I decided to go ahead. The bowl I received this morning is really nice, with clear and true sound. It’s easy to make it sing and I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality for its size. While better communication from the seller would be appreciated, the bowl itself is everything I could ask…

I bought two bowls from different vendors. The Cosynee bowl has the perfect sound for my singing bowl set. It sings well, is weighted nicely for playing, and makes a beautiful sound when struck. I returned the other vendor’s bowl and kept the Cosynee bowl. The only issue is that the mallet is covered in mold, which is a common complaint. The mold is on the wooden and felt parts of the mallet, giving off a moldy smell. Cleaning the bowl eliminates the smell, but the mallet has too much mold…

Excellent resonance and price! It’s a steal compared to similar-sized bowls on other exclusive Tibetan bowl websites. The only downside on Amazon is the uncertainty of the bowl’s note, but I’m thrilled with mine! It originally sounds in F but can shift to B with a different mallet. Each bowl has its own unique note, so focus on connecting with the sound frequency that resonates with you. Perfect for meditation, especially if you prefer lower frequencies.
