After reading the product reviews, I noticed that the product didn’t fully inflate within the 2 to 3 days as stated by the manufacturer. However, this wasn’t an issue for me, so I decided to try out this affordable bolster. While it works fine as a bolster, it’s not suitable as a yoga bolster as it is not heavy enough. The bolster is disappointing. I had a fantastic bolster from Bali for 4 years, but couldn’t bring it back. This one in the States falls short – the dimensions are off, it’s too narrow, and the cover never fills out completely. Not a great yoga bolster. I use a bolster daily and this one is subpar. There are better options like BYoga or Hugger Mugger, but they come at a higher price close to $100. Tried a Gaiam bolster too but returned it as good ones seem to be pricey now.

Excellent support for restorative stretching and Yin Yoga. The foam is firm and durable, not as hard as a Yoga block. It is a good size and the cover is washable.
