This product is great for my yoga and meditation practice. It’s firm yet comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have handles on both sides as I often find myself grabbing the side without one.

I have POTS and need to sleep with my knees elevated. While the bolster is firmer than most pillows, it doesn’t bother me when I sleep with it. I just use a pillowcase over it, and best of all, it doesn’t move around like regular pillows and maintains its shape.
