The shoe was small initially but fits well. It has good grip on the mat. After breaking it in, it performed well for martial arts moves, although initially it posed some difficulties.

Great grip for BJJ. It lasts a long time even with my 3 training days a week. I’ve bought two pairs and each one has lasted me a few months. I weigh 240lb and use a lot of grip, but this product is still amazing. I’m ordering another one because of how often I train, while keeping my current ones in rotation. I wear size 9 1/2 and find the medium a bit small, but they don’t fall off. I’ll try a medium in the long tube version or a large in the short sock version next time.
