TLDR; These minimalist shoes are durable and ideal for those dedicated to improving their running form and reducing pain and injuries from mid-distance running. Not recommended for running or hiking on rough terrain like gravel or twigs.

I regret not getting these shoes sooner. While I initially thought they were too “hippy” for me, I love the benefits they provide for my feet and toes. It’s a bit tricky and annoying to fit each toe in, but the tighter the fit, the better they feel. I usually wear a US size 13 shoe, but the best fit for me was a size 45 EU. My big toe protrudes further than the rest, so going a size down worked better. The toughest part was finding the right size for all my toes to fit comfortably. They feel…

These shoes are amazing! They are super comfortable. I used to wear 5 finger socks but decided to try these and I’m so happy with my decision. They are easy to put on once you figure out the best technique. Don’t be discouraged by reviews saying they are hard to get on – just spread your toes as you slide them on and they go right on. Make sure to choose your normal shoe size. I’m a UK 9 and ordered a size 43 (UK 9) which fits perfectly. I wear them without socks and find it the best way….

I purchased these out of curiosity, and upon trying them on, I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend ordering a slightly larger size as they run tight. If it weren’t Winter, I would be out exploring in these shoes. Great product! However, I will never be a fan of toe-socks or wear them!
