I polished my bowl inside and out with “semi-chrome” polish from Amazon. Wear gloves as it can make your hands black. The polish won’t remove etching, but my bowl looks exquisite. It makes a pleasing sound with the striker. I use a square or round silicone pot holder for meditation. A little polish goes a long way, but wear gloves to keep hands clean.
