As a yoga instructor, I have tried numerous yoga blocks over the years. These blocks are fantastic – lightweight, firm, and highly recommended for my students. Firm blocks are essential for yoga practice, and these blocks are perfect for the job.

This is the second block I purchased for my home practice. It’s a great block made from recycled materials. I already have cork blocks but wanted a softer one for yin support.

We enjoy using these bands for stretching, yoga, and workouts at home. The material is strong and the colors and thickness are great. They may not be ideal for smaller bodies wanting to lay on them, but they work well for supporting yourself in poses like the lizard pose.

I purchased these recently to upgrade my old, flimsy yoga blocks. The new ones are more sturdy and stable, providing better support. They are slightly larger, heavier, and firmer than my previous blocks, with minimal flexibility. If you prefer soft blocks, these may not be suitable for you.
