These shorts are okay, but they are not designed for a female body. They stay in place once I start sweating. I purchased them for roller derby due to leg issues. I wear a size 6 dress and the waistband fits as per the size chart. The shorts have a straight cut and tend to slide down to my hip bones whether I wear them under or over my usual spandex derby shorts. They lack accommodation for a butt.
