Some general background to give perspective on where I’m coming from when I review these … I’m pretty new to Vibrams, so I’ve never worn any of their older models/styles.       These shoes are fantastic – very lightweight and well-made. Don’t worry about the people staring who don’t know about them. Everyone should own at least two pairs.

      Just purchased for the first time and used only 3-4 times like regular shoes..Feels like walking barefoot, for those like me who love walking barefoot!! The ground feedback makes me walk with great awareness..aside from the purely sporty aesthetics, they are wonderful.

      I love these shoes despite the lawsuit settlement. Just be aware that they are BAREFOOT shoes with a thin sole for a close-to-barefoot experience. You’ll feel what you’re running on, so be cautious on rough surfaces. They don’t offer ankle or top foot protection, so be careful during activities. It takes time to adjust to them. Personally, I’ve had fewer ankle twists, improved posture, and stronger feet and ankles after using them. They may smell, but baby powder helps. Results may vary, so…
