    Received these as a Valentine’s Day gift. Sturdy and don’t bend. Back feels looser after use. Recommend using before bed. Helpful for tight or painful areas. Patience needed. Long hair? Put it up to avoid rolling on it. Already experiencing relief for chronic pain. Recommend using on an exercise mat for stability. Relax and slow breathing while using. Use near someone for help if needed. Highly recommend these rollers.

    Initially, I was hesitant to use these back stretchers because of my size (240#), fearing they might break. However, they feel sturdy and work well. Using them can be painful, possibly due to overdoing it. I started with the larger wheel, gradually increasing my range to avoid discomfort. The smaller wheels were great for my neck and upper back. My advice is to try them cautiously to prevent injury.
