The blocks have a nice appearance and come in sturdy packaging. They are good for yoga and stretching, but they feel softer than blocks I’ve used in studios. When pressure is applied, they give slightly and show temporary indentations but have not left permanent marks. They do not feel very sturdy when used for balance or supporting full body weight.
