The product arrived without the two carabiners, but the Seller resolved the issue by refunding part of the purchase price after we bought replacement carabiners. The box was a bit beat up, but the product inside was undamaged. I rated it 5 stars because of the Seller’s responsiveness and the satisfactory solution provided.

    Ordered on Feb 4th with promised delivery on Feb 6th. Was informed the item was “undeliverable” and damaged, and had to repurchase. Reordered for granddaughter’s visit. Tracking showed shipment, but again deemed “undeliverable”. Avoid SKYPHAROS.
