    I find this set to be versatile with 4 different sized rollers, suitable for most users. The rollers are strong and can support my weight of over 250 lbs. The cork offers some cushioning but not excessive. While it takes time to get used to and can be uncomfortable, it effectively stretches out the spine. As a beginner, I believe these rollers are of excellent quality.

    These are good quality yoga wheels that can easily hold a 150lbs person. The cork helps cushion from the hard plastic, but the wheels are firm, not soft. The cork makes it more comfortable compared to plain rubber mats. The set includes 4 sizes which allows for more uses and benefits.
